On Saturday, we were invited to a press performance of The Cat in The Hat currently playing at The Turbine Theatre in Battersea.

I decided to take the older two girls so we could enjoy a mummy and daughters day out together. We’re huge fans of the book, it’s always a firm favourite in our house, and the live show did not disappoint. It was such an amazing experience, and Emmies first time at the theatre, which worked brilliantly because it was a smaller audience for ages 3+.
It was such a lively and engaging experience, in which the whole show feeds off the participation of the audience! From beginning to end it was so full of energy and comedy. Emmie said her favourite part was when Thing 1 and Thing 2 came out and were so mischievous on stage.  All of the children found it hilarious.
